Andrea Wortman is a Child Care Business Coach for the Child Care Success Company who brings over 30 years of experience as an education administrator and teacher. She holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, leading her on a path of previously owning and operating two progressive child care centers serving 250+ children ages 6 weeks-12 years, including a nationally accredited program. Today, she currently owns and operates a school-age program with 15 locations.
Andrea has been a member of the Child Care Success Academy since 2014, when she had just bought out her business partner and was looking to connect with other child care owners and grow her business, and was awarded Owner of the Year in 2018. She believes in making a positive difference in the lives of young children and their families by providing quality programming that is innovative, safe, and educational. She has a passion for teacher training and development and is excited to share her knowledge with others in the industry to help them achieve their dreams and see that it is possible to work on their businesses rather than in it by retaining a stellar staff.
Andrea loves being able to work with her son and son-in-law, who both work alongside her in her company. In her spare time, Andrea likes to travel, read, ride her horse, spend time outdoors, and see her granddaughter – who is the inspiration behind her recent move from Oregon to Battleground, Washington!
